Yet one more serious injury on Wirral’s roads

On Village Road in Heswall, a serious road traffic collision occurred on the afternoon of Sunday, 21 April.

Just after 1.30pm, police received a report of a collision involving a man and a grey Fiat Punto being driven on Village Road. The driver then collided into a building and two parked vehicles.

Village Road and Gaton Road was closed and drivers were asked to avoid the area.

“We are interested in hearing from anyone who saw the incident and are urging residents with CCTV or smart doorbell footage to check your systems for any evidence. Any information you have, however small you may think it is, could prove to be vital to our enquiries.”
