Detectives are appealing for information following a shooting in Moreton on Wednesday night (10 August).
At 11.15pm, it was reported shots had been fired in the direction of a house on Danger Lane.
It was reported there were around four offenders on two motorbikes who then left the area.

Due to criminal damage and aniti social behaviour on Old Chester Road, Wirral now has one less bus this weekend.
Officers are working hard to resolve this disruption. Please remember that Police can turn up at any point and anytime, even be on your next bus or at your stop.
Merseyside Police is appealing for information and issuing advice following a distraction burglary in New Ferry on Monday 8 August.
At around 11.30am, a man claiming to be from a water company knocked on the door of a home of a woman in her 70s on Sefton Road.
He was given access while accompanied to the kitchen of the victim. After running the taps, the man left and later found that an envelope with around £3000 cash had been stolen from a bedside drawer, along with documents. She was left extremely distressed and is being supported by officers.
A Wirral man was jailed on Tuesday 9 August, for his role in supplying drugs across the country.
Thomas Jefferson Hawkes, 30, of Claughton, was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court to 11 and a half years in prison.
He had pleaded guilty at a previous hearing in May to conspiring to supply cocaine and cannabis

Following the success of the Women’s Euros this is a great grassroots opportunity to play against Premier League Youth Teams and Local Youth Teams that will be competing in a female only ‘Stop Violence Against Women and Girls’ tournament on the Leasowe Estate.
The purpose of the tournament is aimed at education and prevention of crimes that disproportionately affect women and girls.
Several partners and agencies such as Tomorrow’s Young Women, Miss Kick, Knife Savers, Russell Taylor Recruitment Group etc. will be in attendance on the day.
Free team entry, free goodie bag, participants medals/trophies and free food and drink will be provided to teams taking part in the tournament.

A man has been charged with drug offences and conspiracy to possess a firearm after officers made an arrest at Manchester Airport earlier this week.
At around 8.40pm on Tuesday 9 August officers stopped and arrested a man from Birkenhead as he arrived at the airport on a flight from Tenerife.
Police then executed a warrant at a house in Birkenhead and discovered three swords, a knuckle duster and suspected Class B drugs (cannabis) which were all seized at the address.

We are appealing on behalf of the coroner’s office for help in tracing the next of kin of a man from Wallasey.
Kenneth Barker, 76, passed away at his home address in Mill Lane on Wednesday 27 July.
Merseyside Police is extending a Dispersal Order in Wirral following recent incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour.
The order runs until 2pm Sunday 14 August. Officers will be in the area to provide a visible presence and deal with any incidents.
The Dispersal Zone covers the area inside the map, including New Ferry, Bebington and Port Sunlight.
Residents in Merseyside are being warned of a new scam circulating where the fraudster is posing as a police officer to try and trick people and obtain money from them.
Officers have received reports that a fraudster is calling residents and pretending to be a fake officer named Detective Constable Matthew Phillips who is from police stations in the region in an attempt to deceive the person.
The scam is called courier fraud where they try to win their trust by getting them to call 999 and the fake operator pretends to transfer the call to the bogus police officer, DC Matthew Phillips.
Officers are appealing for information following criminal damage in Neston.
At sometime between 10.30pm on Tuesday 9 August and 12am on Wednesday 10 August, unknown youths have thrown eggs from a silver car, believed to be a Vauxhall Astra, one of which struck a man who walking along Neston Road, Ness.
The man sustained bruising as a result. Eggs were also thrown around The Cross.
Roy William Buckley, formerly Roy William Birkett, sadly died at his home on Geneva Road, Wallasey on Wednesday 10 August, aged 63.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
