Letitia McKee, a year 8 pupil at St John Pleasington High School, came through a tough selection process to get the nod.

“She has now got what she fully deserves and we hope she can now go on to medal, competing with the best in Europe.”
Letitia was the only person from the Merseyside & Cheshire Region to be selected and one of only fifteen nationally.
Letitia’s father, Kenny, is also one of the club’s Coaching Team. He said, “We are not only close-knit as a family but also as a club and we have all worked very hard towards this.”
