Merseyside Police is searching for Wirral man Kevin Robert Rutter, wanted on a recall to prison
Rutter, 30-years-old, breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for burglary. He is now wanted.
He is 5ft 9in tall, slim build with brown hair with blue eyes and a Liverpool accent. He has links to Wirral and Liverpool.
