Merseyside Police is appealing for help in finding a 33-year-old man from Birkenhead who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his license conditions.
Ryan Blackburn, whose last address was in Ellesmere Port, has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence.
He is described as 5ft 6in tall, medium build, brown eyes and short fair hair.
He has links to Birkenhead, Rock Ferry, and Ellesmere Port.
