Pedestrian suffers serious head injury in Rock Ferry collision

Emergency services were in attendance in Rock Ferry following a road traffic collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Monday 12 February.

The incident was reported at around 9.35am, when a car being driven on Bedford Road was in collision with a female pedestrian aged in her 20s.

The driver stopped at the scene and the pedestrian was taken to hospital with a serious head injury.

The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident.
