Pawsome fun for dogs at new soft play centre

Dogs Go has launched a new soft play centre especially for dogs where owners can enjoy a coffee and a chat whilst their dogs play, exercise and socialise, under the supervision of qualified staff.

The 6,000 sq. ft centre, on Champions Business Park already offers Dog Day Care, Dog Training, Dog Birthday Parties, a ‘Puppachino Bar,’ social events like Dachshund Meet ups, Pup’s and Processo nights and has dog play equipment, a huge ball pit, a huge off-leash play area, on-site pet shop, cafe and is shortly opening a grooming salon, for pampered pooches.

Dogs Go is an award-winning business and has been established since 2017. They host member-only dog social events on evenings and weekends and special themed events each month, where dogs must meet strict membership criteria and owners abide by rules to keep everyone safe.

There are currently two Dogs Go locations in Wirral, with two additional sites to open later this year.

Owner Sarah Ashworth said, “Our goal has always been to offer the very best for our dogs and their owners, through well ran, member-only dog parks, both indoor and outdoor.

“Most dogs are highly social animals and like children, enjoy jumping, exploring, running – soft play is the perfect solution. We have modified our soft play to be safe for little paws and it has been a huge hit.

“Owners benefit from our services just as much as the dogs do. We have a really strong community of dog owners who appreciate the safe, friendly and welcoming environment that we create. We are very approachable and friendly and always happy to offer advice.

“Soft play is just another way we can improve everyone’s experience! We regularly get feedback about how dogs (and their owners!) lives has changed since they became involved with us, be it through Dog Training, Events or Day Care.

“We even have four huge six acre private dog parks with purpose-built lakes, play equipment and toys for owners of reactive dogs, banned breeds or dogs with poor recall to enjoy – there really is something for everyone.

“We have nearly 15,000 local dogs and owners registered with us and that number isn’t slowing down. We are hosting around three Dog Birthday Parties each weekend and these seem to be getting more and more popular!

“Our next events are our Cockapoo, Golden Retriever and Dachshund Easter parties over the weekend. We typically get around 50 of the same breed attend and it is really quite incredible to be a part of to see so many similar dogs together– we usually do a massive game of pass the parcel too!”
