A number of arrests were made last night by officers from Operation Remove tackling serious and organised crime across the Wirral.
A male, aged 21 from Birkenhead, was arrested by officers at an address in Birkenhead for Being Concerned in the Supply of a Controlled Drug Class A.
He was further arrested for Possession of a Controlled Drug Class B after a quantity of cannabis and cash was also recovered. The investigation is ongoing.
A male, aged 27 from Woodchurch, was arrested in Birkenhead by officers after being sighted dealing drugs. After initially making off, he was arrested at a nearby address.
After two related addresses were searched, a male was arrested for Being Concerned in the Supply of Drugs Class A and Possession of Criminal Property after a quantity of cash, suspected cannabis and cocaine was recovered by officers.
A male, aged 28 from Seacombe, was arrested by officers in Birkenhead for Section 47 Assault, Affray and S4 Public Order offences after an incident last year at a public house in Liscard.
