Following the announcement on Friday of the suspension of national industrial action by Network Rail staff who are members of the RMT union, Merseyrail have been able to restore a full, normal timetable on all parts of the network for Monday 7 and Wednesday 9 November 2022.
In addition, the later start to services planned for Tuesday 8 and Thursday 10 November will also now not take place, with a full, normal timetable operating.
Merseyrail had previously announced that despite the cancellation of the RMT strikes, there would be some disruption to services.
There will however be some disruption for customers using St Michaels station on the Hunts Cross line, which is partially closed on 8 and 9 November for the planned replacement of station flooring.
Customers intending to travel via St Michaels on either date are advised to visit our website or social media channels before they travel for full information.
Passengers using the Merseyrail network to connect with trains run by other operators are strongly advised to check before they travel, as many operators are offering a limited-service next week.
