Man sought following attempted burglary in Seaforth

Merseyside Police has issued an image of a man who may have information in relation to an attempted burglary in Seaforth last week.

At around 12.30pm on Wednesday, 5 June, a man attempted to gain entry to a house on Crosby Road South, before making off.

Detective Sergeant Chris Hughes said, “If you recognise this man, please come forward as he may be able to assist us with our enquiries.

“The man is wearing a black coloured ‘Zavetti Canada’ branded parka style jacket with a fur trim.

“Thankfully no entry was gained but this was a frightening incident for the resident to experience, and we will take action on any information provided.”
