Man left unconscious following assault at Waterloo railway station

British Transport Police (BTP) Officers investigating an assault against a passenger at Waterloo station have today released this image in connection with the matter.

At 6pm on Saturday 6 August, an altercation broke out between a man in his 40s and a young man after the young man’s bike hit the other man’s legs.

The young man proceeded to punch the victim once in the face, which caused him to fall to the floor unconscious. The young man then left the station.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
