On Wednesday 3 March, officers were called to Bebington Allotments, Bebington Road, Tranmere to reports of fly-tipping of waste at the location.

- Deposit without an environmental permit controlled/extractive waste in/on land
- Occupier of domestic property fail to take measures to secure transfer of household waste is authorised
