A man has been charged after a very large quantity of class A and B drugs were found inside a house in Huyton yesterday, Wednesday 6 September.
At around 11.15am officers spotted a man on Oxford Road. The man ran from police and dropped what was later identified as Cannabis.
Officers apprehended the man and arrested him on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B cannabis.
Officers later searched a house in Huyton and found a substantial quantity of suspected cocaine and cannabis, a hydraulic press, several mobile phones, and a vacuum sealer.
David McLoughlin aged 45 of Huyton was charged with possession with intent to sell cocaine and possession with intent to sell cannabis and producing a controlled drug.
He has been remanded to Wirral Remand Court and will appear this afternoon (Thursday 7 September).
