Children from across the region, who attend conductive education sessions at cerebral palsy charity Stick ‘n’ Step, enjoyed a wonderful Christmas party at the weekend.
The Christmas party was due to the generosity of a local business that also made sure every child received a very special gift from Santa.
The party was attended by over 50 children plus their brothers and sisters. This year’s Stick ‘n’ Step Christmas party took place at the Holiday Inn in Runcorn.
The young guests enjoyed party food, games, disco dancing and the chance to meet Santa himself. Every child also received their own Christmas present, thanks to a kind donation from B&M Waste.
Esther Whitaker, Head of Fundraising at Stick ‘n’ Step, said, “After such a hard year for all of us, it was wonderful to see the children, their families and all our staff having such a fantastic time at the party. We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped organise it, and especially to B&M Waste for their generosity.”
