Liverpool’s Wellbeing Festival champions happy and healthy workplaces

The Wellbeing Festival held in St Paul’s Square in Liverpool on 4 July celebrated the importance of health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Organised by Wellbeing Doctors, the health and wellbeing app-with-a-difference, and real estate advisors CBRE, which manages St Paul’s Square public realm on behalf of landlords, the Festival proved a big success with crowds attending.

Festival-goers and businesses attending were able to explore a range of health and wellbeing activities and products from more than 20 local organisations and CBRE tenants taking part from health risk analysis, holistic wellbeing care, homeopathy and healthy eating to blood pressure and body composition analysis and even bouldering.

The popular Festival also offered yoga sessions, access to personal trainers and nutritionists, lifestyle planning, maternity advice from midwives and much more.  Visitors could even try a coffee and health-inspired cocktail.

The Festival provided a platform to champion healthy and happy workforces with visitors exploring their own health and wellbeing, as well as business owners looking for ways to look after both the physical and mental health of their employees.

Bernadette King, Facilities Manager in CBRE’s Property Management team in Liverpool said, “The Wellness Festival has really evolved over the years.  It was great to see more than 1,000 people from the local community enjoying holistic treatments, health checks, nutritious food and drink and so much more.”
