LICENCING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Angela Braum has applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a licence at Ciccio, 53 Christchurch Road, Oxton, Wirral, CH43 5SF for the Sale of Alcohol and Playing of Recorded Music, Mondays to Saturdays between 11:00 hours and 22:00 hours and Sundays from 11:00 to 21:00.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 24 July 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
