Heroin and crack dealer jailed for four years

A Liverpool drug dealer who peddled his business on the streets has been jailed for four years.

Mark Garry, 26 years, of Fazakerley, pleaded guilty at Liverpool Crown Court to conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin yesterday, Thursday 7 July.

On 30 May while officers executed a warrant to arrest Garry at his home, he was seen climbing out of the window and onto the roof.

Officers arrested and detained him. Drugs paraphernalia and equipment were found at the property.

Detective Inspector Gary Stratton said, “Garry thought he could evade justice but he is now paying for his crime. We welcome this sentence because it has prevented Garry from and harming communities by selling drugs on the streets of Runcorn.

“I would ask anyone who has any information about who is supplying or selling drugs in their area to contact us so we can take action.”
