Have your say on Wirral Library Service

Wirral residents have one last chance to share their ideas for libraries with just under a week left to go before the consultation ends.

The 12-week consultation, which aims to find out what residents want from Wirral’s Library Service, comes to an end on Monday 20 September.

Residents have the chance to tell the council what they like most about the library, what they don’t like, what they want more of and what is most important to them.

Better reading materials, video editing equipment, workstations, increased online tools and craft spaces are just a few suggestions of what the future library service could offer.

Residents can take part by visiting the council’s Have Your Say website

Ideas can also be shared by filling out a paper copy. These can be requested by emailing libraryconsultation@wirral.gov.uk  or visiting an open library.

Bebington, Birkenhead, Bromborough, Eastham, Greasby, Rock Ferry, Wallasey and West Kirby libraries are all open. Opening times at www.wirral.gov.uk/findalibrary

If completing a paper copy, residents should ensure that they’re returned by 20 September to be included.
