An investigation is underway and Crime Scene Investigators are carrying out forensic examinations following an incident in Liverpool this evening (Thursday, 25 November), which resulted in a girl being stabbed.
Officers were called at approximately 8.39pm to reports of a stabbing. It is believed that the victim was with friends on Church Alley off Church Street (by Marks and Spencer) and that there was a verbal argument with a group of boys, one of whom is believed to have assaulted the victim.
