Smith and Sons has revealed details of its September property auction.
Amongst the lots available is a former primary school (lead image) on Cole Street in Birkenhead on a site extending to 0.66 acres for which planning permission has been granted for conversion, and construction of 44 apartments, guided at £850,000 – £1.1m.
A rare and complete development site with four road frontages and opposite the Wirral Waters Twelve Quays regeneration area is also included in the auction. This site extends to 5725 sq metres (1.4 acres) and currently includes a vacant mill building (pictured below), furniture showroom and stores, workshops, former cafe, and hardstanding for parking. This lot has a guide of £450,000 – £500,000.
The former Ruperts nightclub, converted to office space some years ago (pictured below) at 68 Argyle Street is also to be auctioned with a guide price of £225,000 to £250,000.
