Fazakerley woman arrested in County Lines operation

Officers from Project Medusa have executed a warrant this morning (Friday, 11 March) in Fazakerley, in the crackdown on County Lines.

Officers arrested a woman on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug, Class B and she was taken into custody in Hull, where she continues to be questioned.

Project Medusa Inspector Gary Stratton said, “County Lines drug dealing not only affects the lives of the drug users, but also the communities in which they operate and the young and vulnerable people who are exploited by these criminals.

“If you are involved in this type of criminality, we will take action and you will be arrested and put before the courts.”
