Experience the magic of music at Liverpool Philharmonic’s open day

Liverpool Philharmonic will be hosting an open day on Sunday 24 September, offering a range of live music performances, all free of charge.

Throughout the day, from 1 pm to 10 pm, people are welcome to drop in and enjoy a series of musical taster sessions.

The renowned Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, led by Chief Conductor Domingo Hindoyan, will present a diverse selection of music, spanning from Bizet’s Carmen to John Williams’ epic Harry Potter film score. This performance will showcase the Orchestra’s ability to excel in both classical masterpieces and contemporary compositions, representing a wide range of musical genres.

Additionally, the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company will deliver performances, and the Music Room will be taken over by partner organizations such as Africa Oyé, LUMA, Liverpool Acoustic, Milap, and more.

As visitors explore the Hall, they will have the opportunity to witness the exceptional talents of the next generation of local musicians through the showcase of the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Company.
