Tranmere hosted Bradford City this evening for a 7:45pm kick-off, in their latest fixture of the 2021/22 League 2 season.
After coming back from a two-goal deficit on the road at the weekend, Rovers were back in action against Bradford City under the lights at Prenton Park.
The game at the Memorial Stadium finished 2-2 and it was a point gained for Micky Mellon’s side as they came back from conceding two early goals with Paul Glatzel getting a goal and an assist.
The visitors come into the game after three consecutive draws in League Two, the latest coming against Northampton Town after falling behind on hour mark to draw 1-1.
With both sides sitting in midtable on 23 points, just three goals separate the two teams heading into tonight’s clash.

Tranmere valiantly fought back from a goal down to secure a 2-1 victory at Prenton Park this evening.
The first half was all Bradfords and Tranmere appeared to lack the drive to fight back from a 26th-minute goal from midfielder Levi Sutton.
But the last five minutes of the first half saw the tables turn and Tranmere stepped up a couple of gears to give the home fans hope for the second half.
Just five minutes into the second half saw a goal from Kieron Morris, that brought forth an eruption of delight from three sides of the ground and silenced the previously energetic away end.
Morris’s clinical drive from 22 yards deserved the appreciation of the crowd. Then, a little over 5 minutes later, Liverpool loanee, Paul Glatzel, placed himself perfectly to tap in a cross from Josh Dacres-Cogley.
Morris nearly added to the score sheet to make it 3-1 late on when he fired narrowly wide. The closing moments weren’t without some worrisome moments for the Tranmere fans, with plenty of nailbiting in evidence.
Micky Mellon’s halftime team talk did the trick and Glatzel appears to be, at long last, finding his feet with two goals plus an assist in his last two games and taking the MOTM award for his efforts today.
Tranmere host Stevenage in their next League 2 fixture at 3pm on Saturday 27 November.
