🔸Embodied Yoga & Breathwork
.Building from gentle, carefully thought out shapes which peak into an energizing and empowering flow. We’ll wind it right back down to tender, rejuvenating restorative yoga and you will be supported into deep rest and relaxation.
🔸Nutritious Food & Mindful Eating practices
.A healthy, wholesome, hearty buffet-style lunch will be served with homemade plant-based, delicious desserts.
Together we practice mindful eating exercises, this helps to influence wiser choices about what to eat in the future. It can also help you to create freedom from unhealthy habits around food and eating.
🔸Nature & Walking Meditation
Weather dependent, we head to the beach or forest to walk off our lunch and immerse in the elements. Meditating while walking is a way to get the mind to walk with us and to bring a relaxed focus to our sense of self. Understand what it means to be fully present “in the moment” in every moment.
🔸Meditation & Mindfulness
Be fully guided through a range of simple yet life-changing meditation and mindfulness techniques which will help you create greater awareness, clarity, and focus. We practice how to stabilise our attention and come back to a place of calm, helping to overcome stress and a scattered, busy mind.
Expect to feel a sense of relief, empowerment, energy & confidence when the day closes.
You will be provided with the tools and techniques to integrate the above on a daily basis, creating lifelong positive change and healthy habits.
