Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Join jade for a 2 hour immersion inwards, connecting to your heart~presence.
A deeply restorative and restful session of guided movement, visual journeying, hands on reiki and sacred sound and scents.
Come home to your own true heart, rest in your breath and find your centre.
Restorative yin is for everybody; a floor based practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body’s natural healing magic to take place. The connective tissues that tend to hold trauma and tension are worked at a deeper level, helping to release deep stresses held in the body.
Yin also gives us time and space to allow the mind to still so that we can return to our true nature, listen to the whispers of our intuition and activate the heart~mind.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided relaxation that activates a state of consciousness that is deeply healing, invoking a greater connection to our soul presence.
Nidra increases dopamine levels in the brain, induces theta brainwaves that are associated with deep states of meditation and relaxation and decreases stress, bringing balance to the nervous system.
During the session, Jade will give optional hands on reiki, a form of healing to the energetic body that assists with recuperation & regeneration.
This is a multi- sensual experience woven with sounds and scents that allows you to be cocooned in a feeling of divine love
