Mindfulness Walk at Winter Wildlife Day

Join the Green Angels and Rise and Wild at Port Sunlight River Park for a Mindfulness Walk around the park!

Come and join Green Angels and Rachel Barker (Rise and Wild) at our Winter Wildlife Day at Port Sunlight River Park. We are offering FREE spaces on our Mindfulness Walk starting at the Heritage Centre, following the path around the park. All equipment is provided so please just bring yourself in warm, comfortable and sensible clothes for a wonderful session at the park.

This workshop is aimed at all ages, all individuals and families are welcome. Please note those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
