Introduction to Botanical Mocktails

13 July @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Join us at Nettle to learn how to use home grown and foraged herbs to make delicious botanical cocktails.

Are you interested in making mocktails with herbs that support your whole system?

In this introductory session we will explore making herbal mocktail bases with plants from the community garden at Make Hamilton Square.

Starting with botanical bitters to support digestion – there will be plenty of delicious tasters to try and a demonstration from Kate (Grow Wellbeing Forest School Leader) on how to make your own bitters. Plus you will make your own bitters to take home!

We will also explore botanical syrups, featuring additional tastings and a live demonstration on crafting your own syrup using locally sourced raw honey, as well as fresh herbs from the garden.

Additionally, we will guide you on the best techniques and locations for foraging on the Wirral.

Additionally, we will be hosting a “sober curious” mixer on the evening of the event, open to all workshop attendees.

This wellbeing social is a collaboration between Arclett , Tideandtrail and Nettle Café

Join us for a pub quiz-style social gathering featuring music and a cozy fire. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals while enjoying a selection of delightful mocktails and cocktails.

Start time 6pm till Late.
