15 June @ 12:00 pm - 27 July @ 2:00 pm

A drop-off forest school programme for home educated, flexi-schooled, independent children and young people aged 5-14 years old.

The programme sessions will provide opportunities for problem-solving, building friendships, risk & challenge, learning new skills, learning about the natural environment and free play, all in a safe, managed environment. All of our Leaders are Forest School Leadership qualified, DBS checked, and First Aid / Safeguarding trained.

By booking a block of sessions , your child will benefit from a planned programme to introduce many areas of forest school practice and see their confidence and skills build over a number of weeks. Our experienced Forest School Leaders use careful observation and reflection to tailor sessions to each individual’s needs, interests and learning styles.

They can choose to learn new skills or develop existing ones, with rope swings, fire lighting, woodland crafts, tree climbing, tool work, storytelling, shelter and den building, bushcraft, games and projects … or choose to take time to relax, connect with nature and themselves, socialize around the campfire and swing in the hammock. We provide hot drinks and campfire snacks to refuel with … and let’s not forget everyone’s favourite, toasted marshmallows!
