Green Bibliofest: Adventure Walk with Adam Blake (Morning Session)

22 August @ 10:00 am - 12:15 pm

Help to create a brand-new, completely improvised story with Adam from Adventure Arts and a visual accompaniment with artist Dani.

Adam, an intrepid explorer, has come from Adventure Arts to create a brand-new story: one that is completely improvised, never heard before, 100% made up on the day. And he needs your help…

Working as a team, you will accompany Adam on a walk around the park to contribute to the creation of a unique story taking inspiration from everything that surrounds you! You will then join visual artist Dani Lovett to capture your new story back at the Thurstaston visitor’s centre.

The £5 for this event includes refreshments at the Whistle Stop Café. This consists of either:

  • a meal deal (a sandwich, packet of crisps and a cold drink)
  • a child’s meal deal (a sandwich, packet of crisps, piece of fruit, drink and a small toy)
  • a cup of tea or an americano and a piece of cake
  • an ice cream and a cold drink

This event is suitable for children aged 5-10.

Please wear suitable clothing. Event starts and finishes at the Thurstaston Park visitor’s centre.

Please note:

All children and young people must be accompanied by a responsible adult and remain for the duration of the session.

Tickets are refundable (minus Eventbrite’s booking fee) until 72 hours before the event. Cancellations after this point are non-refundable, but we would still appreciate you cancelling so that other children can attend.

There is a charge for parking at this site.
