Driver fails to stop following collision with pedestrian in Wallasey

Merseyside Police is appealing for information following a fail-to-stop road traffic collision in Wallasey that left a person injured.

At around 8pm on Saturday 19 November, police received a report that a woman in her 60s was hit by a white car being driven on Wallasey Road.

The victim sustained injuries, including soreness and bruising to the body.

The driver failed to stop at the scene and since the incident, police have carried out a thorough investigation and CCTV enquiries to identify the suspect.
