With Halloween just around the corner, the Cherry Tree Shopping Centre in Liscard is having a ghoulish redecoration to get the shoppers in the spooky spirit.
Local schoolchildren have made artistic pumpkin designs on paper that are on display at the centre to give shoppers a frightening experience and to get them in the spooky spirit.
Shoppers will be able to vote for their favourite pumpkin via a competition running across the Cherry Tree’s Facebook page, or at the centre during the event. The school with the winning design will receive a bundle of stationery worth £100.
Alongside this, Cherry Tree will run an online competition in partnership with major retailers Wilko and B&M to allow one lucky shopper the chance to win a bundle of fangtastic Halloween goodies.
In the run-up to Halloween, Cherry Tree Shopping Centre has also installed the ultimate spooky selfie wall at the Centre, asking shoppers to share their selfies using the hashtag #SpookySelfie.
The selfie wall will be at the Centre for ten days in the run-up to Halloween for those who aren’t terrified to approach! The shoppers who share their photos online will be entered into a prize draw to win a freakalicious Halloween hamper.
