Wirral shopping centre, the Cherry Tree in Liscard, has revealed its lineup of fun, free events over the summer.
Launching on 11 August, the events will run for three consecutive weeks, giving the little ones of something to enjoy over their summer break.
Starting with a visit from everybody’s favourite furry friends, the first Summer Spectacular event is Pet Patrol, where Chase and Skye will be roaming the mall. Families are invited to the Pet Patrol themed craft workshop, having the chance to get creative.
The second event in the Summer Spectacular lineup invites families to meet Sully and Mike, at Cherry Tree’s Monster Co. event. The iconic duo will be walking around the mall, so be sure to approach them for a selfie. Families are also encouraged to be as creative as possible in the monster craft workshop, taking place alongside this out-of-this-world event.
The final event in the Summer Spectacular lineup takes you on an adventure, with Toy Tales. Woody and Jess will be there, so be sure to giddy up when you see them! Be a cowboy or cowgirl yourself with the cowboy craft workshop happening alongside.
Running alongside the Summer Spectacular events is a larger-than-life deck chair, being installed on the mall for a perfect selfie opportunity. Shoppers can also snap a photo in the deck chair and upload it to social media to be in with the chance of winning a prize.
The Summer Spectacular events and workshops are all free to attend, and take place every Friday from 11 till 25 August from 11am – 4pm. The event area is set up for shoppers from 21 July – 4 September.
