Detectives have issued CCTV images of a man who could assist with their enquiries following a burglary at a food store in Wirral.
Between 10.10pm and 10.45pm on Monday, 25 October, the Co-op store on Market Street in Hoylake was broken into and a man made off with £12,000 in cash.
CCTV and witness enquiries are ongoing to identify the offender, and detectives have issued images of a man they believe could assist with their investigation.
Detective Inspector Lynsay Armbruster said, “Business burglaries are not a victimless crime as they have a huge impact on the community in many ways.
“We are determined to find the offender so that other businesses are not targeted in future. If you were on Market Street around that time and noticed anything suspicious or saw someone running off then please let us know so we can bring the offender to justice.”
