Officers from the Merseyside Police proactive #OpTarget teams had another busy day yesterday (2 March) dealing with a drugs farm in Leasowe in their continued efforts to keep Merseyside safe.
At around 7:40pm, officers attended an address on Wakefield Drive, Leasowe in attempt to find a 33-year-old man who was wanted on warrant.
Whilst at the address, they noticed a strong smell of cannabis and decided to investigate.
Here, they found a large cannabis farm being grown in the attic. Two men were dealt with at the scene whilst the intended 33-year-old was arrested for production of cannabis and drug driving.
