An Artisan Market is to be held at the Grosvenor Ballrooms in Wallasey this Bank Holiday Sunday, 29 August.
The event is a new market that has been organised to showcase the most amazing independent vendors and small businesses from around Wirral and the surrounding areas.
Hannah Parkinson is the organiser who will also hold a stall at the market. On organising the event, she said, “As I vendor myself I noticed recently it was the same vendors attending all the local markets and I wanted to give others like myself a chance to be able to have a stall.”
Hannah is hoping to make the market a huge success for the vendors and get lots of people visiting “They will not be disappointed.”, she said. “It’s full of unique and very talented individuals as well as small businesses. The past 18 months has been a huge strain on small businesses and online businesses so I wanted to get these back on track, to get their mojos back to sell their products and themselves to all the fabulous customers who walk through our doors.”
There will be stalls selling, amongst other things, hand-knitted goods, homemade cupcakes, jewellery, and art prints.
“I’m so excited to see people walk through those doors.” Hannah said. “From the vendors with all of their products setting up the tables, to the customers who have found the time to come and visit and show some support, you will find some, true gems amongst the stalls, perfect gifts or a treat for yourself, or to even come for a coffee at the in house cafe”
The Artisan Fair will be held at the Grosvenor Ballrooms, Grosvenor Street, Liscard. CH44 1AQ on Sunday 29 August 2021, between 11am and 5pm.
