Appeal for information following serious RTC in Wallasey

Merseyside Police has confirmed that emergency services are in Wallasey following a serious RTC this afternoon, Monday 5 April.

At around 12.30pm, officers and the ambulance service were called to Liscard Road to reports of a collision involving a Peugeot car and a male pedestrian.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital via ambulance and is believed to be in a critical condition.

Enquiries continue and a road closure is in place on Liscard Road, between Parkfield Road and Ashburton Road. Please avoid the area where possible.
