AgeUK Wirral ‘Lockdown Art’ exhibition at Vale Park, New Brighton

Mersey Arts Zone (MAZ) is holding its third exhibition since opening on 1 May this year. The exhibition is at Vale House, Vale Park, Magazine Lane, New Brighton.

MAZ’s third exhibition highlights the work of members of the Art Group from AgeUK Wirral. Fred Biddulph is Age UK Wirral’s art tutor, and he expressed the artists’ disappointment at not being able to meet for classes and show their work.

Dawn Reck from MAZ, said, “We are happy to exhibit the artists work and share their lockdown art with a wider audience at Mersey Arts Zone.”

MAZ is open from 10am until 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday and exhibits artwork by Liverpool City Region artists throughout the week. On the first Saturday of each month, MAZ displays an exhibition for one month, to highlight an artist and their artwork.

All are welcome to come along and support this special “Lockdown Art” show from 1pm – 5pm at Vale House in New Brighton on Saturday 3 July.
