21-year-old man arrested for murder of Joseph Holland

Detectives have today arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of the murder Joseph Holland at a house in Huyton on Thursday, 8 June.

The man, who comes from Huyton, was arrested in Kent and has been taken to a police station where he will be interviewed by detectives.

Three men from Huyton, aged 28, 25, and 36, who were arrested on Thursday, 8 June, on suspicion of murder, have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

The family of Joseph Holland have paid tribute.

In a short tribute to the 25-year-old, they said, “No words could ever describe the loss of our beautiful son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was loved by everybody.”
